Haddock in Cream


1-1/2 pounds Fillet of Haddock

2 tablespoons Lemon Juice

1 teaspoon Prepared Mustard

1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce

1 teaspoon Salt

1/4 teaspoon Pepper

3 small Onions

1 cup Cream



Wip haddock with damp cloth and place in baking dish. Mix lemon juice, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper together and pour over haddock. Add onions and cream. Bake in hot oven (400 degrees F.) about 30 minutes. Garnish with parsley and sprinkle with paprika.

Serves 6.

Variation: Add 1/2 cup chopped celery and 1 tablespoon chopped green pepper, omit pepper listed.
