Hello, and welcome to my store. For many years I have had a dream of owning a small shop, out in the country, where friends and neighbors could meet to look over my most recent estate purchases or just to share a pot of tea or a cup of coffee and some good conversation. If you haven't met me in person - and even if we are already good friends, I welcome you to contact me and just say hello.

We are presently located in Richmond, British Columbia, Canada. Working out of a tiny warehouse. In general, the warehouse is not open to the public. The warehouse is for storage of the items that you are finding here on this site.

My Business: It is my business, and my pleasure - to buy, and sell beads and craft supplies, collectibles, antiques, art and jewelry - and to do so at fair prices to everyone.

My Guarantee: It can be very difficult to purchase something "unseen" from the internet. Therefore, if what you purchase is not what you expect or for any reason you do not wish to keep it - please return it to us. This simply means that if for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for credit or refund of the item. Refunds for shipping will be given only if the item was incorrectly described. A refund is your sole remedy for any discrepancies.

The artists who are listing on this site are responsible for their items. The art listed in the "Artist's Showcase" is not sold here. The showcase is provided, free of charge, to artists who will benefit from the extra exposure. If you have any difficulties, please contact me and I will attempt to help...

Purchases and Payments: All merchandise is subject to prior sale. I try to keep the beads and supplies in stock at all times but occasionally, I do run out of something or, do not have quite enough for someone. If I cannot fill your order immediately I will contact you!

Back-orders of Beads and Craft Supplies: If I cannot fill your order immediately, I will contact you. Most of my suppliers require me to make minimum orders and it should, in most instances, only take about 10 to 12 days for an order that I place with one of my suppliers to be delivered to me (most of the time it is faster than this). Then, I just send you the rest of your order! No extra shipping charges, no problems....

Antique, Vintage & Handmade: Because most of these items are one-of-a-kind, sales are made on a first-come, first-served basis. If some or all of the items of your order have been sold prior to receipt of your payment (this is exceedingly rare) or are otherwise unavailable for sale (this would include breakage and errors), we will promptly issue you a full refund for those pieces you have paid for that are not available. A refund is your sole remedy for non-fulfillment.

Payment: I have chosen to accept PayPal on this website for one reason only. This website stands alone. You and I may not know each other yet. Paypal offers a third party system of secure payment for goods and services and this does acknowledge that disputes can happen. Although we promise to always do our best, having a third party provides a measure of safety for you, our customer.

The account at PayPal is a verified retail account.

We now also accept payments on Square. If you would like to pay directly, using your credit card, please send a note and we will issue a Square Invoice. Square also has a dispute resolution site and although we hope we will never have to use this service, knowing it is there is a good thing.

Errors: Cherry Blossom in Blue cannot honor prices that are the result of a typographical error or are obviously unrealistic, such as those made by computer or human error. We will not hold payments pending future availability of antique or vintage items that are not currently in stock.

Lagniappe: I just love this word! It conveys not only something luxurious, it simply means "a little extra touch." A gift, something special, given to a customer or done for a customer - by a merchant. My something special for you ~ you will always be treated like the very special person you are. You have found me, we have begun a relationship here. To continue this relationship and to promote my business, you can always expect to find that we have gone to "a little extra effort" to make sure that you are happy with your purchase, and with us.

Shipping and Handling: Flat Rate!

I use, whenever possible, Canada Post and USPS Flat Rate Boxes. For orders outside of North America, I am also now using Asendia USA. This is an economical service that is on par with USPS. Orders sent to US addresses take about 4 to 6 business days for delivery. Orders sent to addresses in Canada and outside of North America generally take a bit longer for delivery.

All parcels are sent with tracking numbers. The tracking numbers will be sent to you as soon as we have them.

Packaging: We recycle! We re-use where possible to cut back on our use of new packaging materials. Your purchases will always be shipped to you in clean, quality, envelopes and boxes and wrapped safely for transport. We try to package without using an excess of new.

If possible, please re-use or recycle what you receive from us - for the future good of all....
